I went on Friday the 16th, yes they were “closed” BUT they were still there for people that showed up. They did charge an additional $90 for making them work on their holiday, but to me it was worth not being in lines or waiting. There was only one person there when I went and we both walked out within 30 minutes. They will mail my information via FedEx this week also ($20). They will be open on Monday the 19th.
