Depends if you have all your requirements (which you can look up online at the consulate site or at the consulate by the security desk if you show up to apply) If you have all your requirements, you can pay a little extra to get it expedited (rush service) or wait a week to two weeks. Most are told to come back to the consulate to pick up their visas, about a week if there's no rush or special circumstances
