I have been told your busses have a limit restriction on amount of bags a passenger may have from a shopping trip...is that true? If so what is the limit... and won't that present a hardship for some folks who can shop only once a month?

They can not promise that you will be the only person picked up at your location which is where the "limit" comes in. If it can not fit into the back of the van and has to spill into the seats or isles they have an extra charge.

I'm not sure about any number of bags, but I can tell you they left me stranded and caused me to miss important medical appointments because of one rude woman who doesn't always dispatch drivers to people who call for a ride. If it's handy for her to fit you in or if she doesn't want to avoid you for whatever reason she personally has, you get picked up. Otherwise, no way!
