Fantastic steak. Cooked to perfection. The service was top notch. Our waitress Kelsey was as good as we have ever had. Our order was taken quickly our drinks were served quick and never got close to being empty. Wish all service was like this everywhere. Definitely will be back again.

I am not normally one to complain to go out of my way for a bad review. I am a truck driver and travel all lower 48. This is one of the worst outback experiences I've had. Our server Felicia was friendly, and probably the only positive here. My sirloin steak was the worst I've had anywhere in a long time, lots of veins, and fat.....which is not what a sirloin is. My fries had a weird ball attached to one (pic). The Coke didn't taste carbonated. The kitchen A/C was broke thus making the restaurant hot. They serve your condiments in small cups so I had to keep asking for more Ketchup for my fries. Would've been easier to give me the bottle like every other restaurant in America. My wife really enjoyed her porterhouse and asparagus with side salad. I will definitely come back, but if my experience is bad again, that would be it for me. I would like to see self serve condiments, better cuts of meat, better maintained beverage machines and air conditioners, and a little more attention to detail when plating my food next time. I am a really easy going person and I understand that sometimes stuff just happens, but this was a whole lot of stuff in one meal.

We set there about 20 minutes before the waitress came over but she said she wasnt told we were there,other than that she was good and the food was good.

Wait time is long, though the staff makes up for it and then some once you've been seated, both hosts who greeted us were very friendly and accommodating, our server Madelyn was AMAZING, I have epilepsy and after ordering started to feel a seizure coming on so she had my food put in to go boxes for us and brought me a cool washcloth, offered water, checked up on me whenever she came near. She helped make a rather anxious moment feel much more comfortable.
