We have spent thousands, at this place, and it NEVER pays off; payback is miniscule. Will not go again to gamble....Unfortunately, all the good restaurants they had have perished! The food was great! Another good thing is the environment is fun! Wanted to end on a good note. Good Luck Century; consider loosening up those machines!!!

I always have fun when I go to Century Casino in Cape Girardeau, Missouri! I win some and I lose some, but the experience is worth it. It's nice to see smiling faces and to hear good music in a safe environment!

First time there and I really enjoyed myself, spent 20 and came home with little over 200, probably first time luck! I haven’t been to a casino in years but it was a great time! I would recommend atleast trying your luck! You never know

Overall Poor Experience. Poor Service. Poor Food. My wife an I went to this Casino on Easter evening and wish we hadn't. We played the slots for a short time and lost plenty. They seemed EXTREMELY TIGHT. We were hungry, so we thought we'd try the Red Star Grill. BIG MISTAKE. I imagine most people pay at this place using their points. We had little to no points, so we paid 100% out of pocket for our food. $24.06 for two cheeseburgers and two fires with NO drinks. They weren't that busy but it took about 30 minutes to receive our food and when we finally did, it was cold. There was also no apology for the delay. The man in the kitchen (that was visible through a small window) that was preparing the food had an impressive beard, but he was not wearing a beard net. Luckily, we did not notice any hair in our food. In hindsight, we regret not taking the food back and requesting a refund. Don't think we will ever be back!

It's not being enforced after entry..
My experiences at the Isle have been mixed. The machines are tight most of the time and very few of the tables have a starting wager low enough for my liking. But I have left with more money than I came with . But, less than 50 percent of the time. Overall,.the Isle can be affordable entertainment, so long as one sets reasonable limits.
Yes
I don't think so, but i have seen scooters and Power W/C in use there.
You join at the casino itself. Go to the players club desk to the left when you enter the casino with your valid State ID or Drivers License and they'll give you a card right then. If you arrive after that desk has already closed you can get one from the cashier's cage.
