Worst customer service. If u accidently walk up when its not your bag they act like you verbally assaulted them when you don't say a word. Proceeded to wait 20min and hear them complaining about how if u want fast food go other places..while everyone stands around talking to each other.

Terrible. Couldn't understand a simple order, missed part of our order, and their portion sizes are hilariously small... This is their big King and Medium iced coffee... And when you ask for light ice they do light ice but they don't fill the cup up with the drink... And they were slow. Won't be back!!

I don't know what's with Cape burger kings but they should never be described as fast food. Both locations are dreadfully slow in the drive through. Expect 30 minute waits consistently.

I don't know if they are always that short staffed or what but it takes 15 minutes to get through, even if you are the only car in the drive thru. Tonight they missed 1/3 of our order and we went back through the drive thru to get it corrected. The worker at the window did not offer an apology or attempt to fix the issue with any sense of urgency.
