The one dispatcher, a man, is frequently grumpy, and on occasion, is unpleasant, disrespectful, even bullying. The other dispatchers and the drivers are fine. But I would appreciate it if this one dispatcher could be replaced. He should not be dealing with the public.

Customer service is rude, I spoke with a women named Judy. Horrible customer service. I requested a ride, the driver comes out sooner than expected by my surprise. The door would not shut, which caused a huge delay. so I called back to customer service, I reached Judy again & she said they are aware & hung up the phone before I could ask for another driver or even a refund. This entire interaction was the worst & I was late 45mins to work.

This is horrible. You call and have to wait an eternity. Get picked up and they have to pickup 3 more people. You were picked up first and you are dropped off last. From waiting for the transport to arriving at my destination the whole process took almost 2 hours and I was only going from Best Buy to Themis St Downtown. This is ridiculous and it is not a convenient service at all. Drivers are rude so are dispatchers.

Be sure to call about 40 minutes early if you want to stand a chance at getting to your destination on time. They've made me late to work countless times, you can't schedule a pick up, everybody drives like they stole the vehicle, and without warning they'll just stop at other locations to pick up other people, adding to my being late and having to share an already bad cab ride with a stranger. At least they do come eventually and the price isn't outrageous. Wouldn't recommend, but what else are you going to do when money is tight and you're without a ride, walk?

When it comes to the shuttles of McBride, Perryville and P&G they do run the shuttles.

They can not promise that you will be the only person picked up at your location which is where the "limit" comes in. If it can not fit into the back of the van and has to spill into the seats or isles they have an extra charge.
No but you can get reduced taxi coupons at their office
I called in this morning and ask. There is a limit of up to 4 on the Shuttle Bus. I also got told that you could bring a few more than that on the taxis .. Thanks Rick Rodgrrs
