The cheap price on Tuesdays is only with purchase at box office.
It's nearly $12.00 if you buy from the box-office. It's almost $11 for seniors and kids. It does have recliner seats, though. At least screen 5 has recliners. And it has stadium seating which makes it possible for short guys (like me) to recline and still see the whole screen.
