We had a dishwasher break and flood our kitchen / living room, and thankfully my homeowner's insurance covered the claim and recommended ServPro. The restoration process took longer than I anticipated (since I'm not an expert in how long these projects typically take), but the ServPro team was patient with me and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

Abraham and his colleagues were great to work with. They were on time, handled everything in a professional manner, organized, and very knowledgeable of work they were doing i mean what else can you ask for when hiring someone to work in your home and personal space?!?! I was pretty stressed out at the beginning before they had arrived because of all the questions running through my head from possible damage, type of employees, professionals, type of tools and cleanliness. But as soon as i met Abraham and his colleagues i knew i was 100% comfortable with letting the team inside to service my home. They are honest, straight to the point and very hard working. I was really impressed with the service as they went above and beyond that 5 star rating does not justify it I’d give more if possible. These guys did a fantastic job! They showed up on time, they’re were very knowledgeable about the work they were performing, welcomed every question we had and they were a pleasure to work with. Abraham & Julio are Pro’s all the way, not only are they responsive and at-tentative to the customers needs but great communicators and very easy to talk to and work with. I could definitely say they made they process easier and less stressful. We used Servpro’s services to clean up soot and odor damage in our attic from the woolsey fires. When Kat from ServPro scheduled services Julio and Abraham arrived 15 minutes prior to start time, wore shoe covers, demonstrated and walked the crew of work that was going to be performed in our home and introduced us every crew member that was going to working that day in our home. I would definitely recommend Abraham, Julio, Kat and crew with Servpro.
