Over priced pictures and additional shipping fees! I asked before purchasing if there is any more cost after paying for my pictures and they said no! I order these pictures at school. They did not tell me before hand about the fee, had to find out through email. I had no other choice but to spend those extra dollars because I didn’t want the money I put in beforehand and time wasted. I knew they only allowed you to use one pose for the prints but still ridiculously overpriced. Go somewhere else for your pictures or make sure you know all the cost before purchasing.

I purchased a picture package while at CSUCI, right before COVID hit. I was told that I would be contacted once the lockdown lifted, this was in September 2020. January 2021 came around and I still hadn't heard from O'Connors, so I decided to follow up. The receptionist (an older woman) informed me that they had forgetting to get back to people as our information was not in their system and they needed to manually in put the information. I was able to make an appointment, but then was sick with COVID and had long term complications. I emailed the receptionist as I had a heard time speaking , asking for a refund because at this point I was just over it. I've called and have sent follow up emails and have not heard back from them, its been two years :(

My son's graduation photos were taken here for the 2020-2021 school year and I was thoroughly pleased with the final product. Staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and followed guidelines from what I was able to see.

Great customer service but what a Ripoff!!! Their prices for senior portraits ridiculously unaffordable! The purchasing of rights for images also unaffordable. Why do schools contract with these types of businesses?
