Slow horrible service. They have one worker at the window with people all lined up waiting. And they move in slow motion like nobody else is in line waiting. Manager is very rude and unprofessional. The place is old looking, dirty and smells. You figure with all the money they charge for shipping they would have the place looking nice and clean. What a dump of a location.

Horrible location. Doesn’t provide good service and locks the door 10 minutes before closing. So sad that this is the postal service location I have to go to. Please hire more efficient workers.

I am filling a complaint sasha an I got in to it an now I get no mail she sends my mail back an ALSO put me in a place where my refund came on a card that USPS this location sent BACK to the sender on on purpose I am so stressed out I will file a lawsuit on this site !!!!!! I am livid
Postman assigned to building complaints about staff shortage....which means he's late disturbing mail daily...hint he's stopping off shacking up with a route resident
