The worst customer service. What a shame…

Today I went to this post office with my daughter for her passport application. Her appointment was between 2:45 and 3:00. Since there was a driving mistake we arrived there at 2:52. My daughter stood in a line and and sat down somewhere in the post office and waited for her. A few minutes later she came back and told me the customer service asked her to wait here for the next call. About 20 mins later I asked her to asked the clerk again if they forgot her. She went and came back in a minute and told me the clerk told she was still in the line and should keep waiting. Then she sat down again. Another 15 minutes passed and I asked her to talk to the clerk again. She said no because they asked her to wait here and she didn’t want to keep asking. Then it was 3:52, which is an hour since we came in. I noticed there were more than one customer services working there, so I asked my daughter to asked them again. She came back about 5 minutes later and she said she was angry because of the long wait and irresponsible workers in the post office.
