Is it ever open? I was there today at 11:30 and it was closed. There were two others standing at the door who said they had stopped by yesterday as well and it was closed.

I had an appointment for getting a passport at this location! They were closed up... doors locked. There was NO sign on the door. Over a dozen people tried to get into the facility while I waited 15 minutes and they did not open the Post Office. I had no notice of a cancelled appointment!

I've been there 3 different Saturdays at 10:30 and they are never open although they say they open at 10. I was there the other day at around 4:30 and there was a sign saying they are "Out to lunch until 4:30". Waited until 4:45 and they didn't show up.

Philly has a huge parking problem. Good luck if you can find a space. Be careful parking officials are waiting to ticket you .
