I need advice on blue spruce that appear to be losing needles from the bottom up and randomly within the tree itself. Is there anyone that can come to give advise to restore the tree. I have three trees that are all approximately 12 years old.

Call the education center of the garden and they will direct you to (most likely) a master gardener who will respond to your question/situation. There may be questions that they'll ask that we won't think to. Good luck!
