I think there are a lot of great water parks in Cali
Depends on what you're looking for, hh has awide variety of rides for everyone, some specifically tailored to small children, raging waters is larger and have some higher thrill rides. These are SoCal waterparks, there are a few up north as well.
it depends for little one's I think is better hurricane harbor. it has water playgrounds and little pools.
Hurricane Harbor. Especially when all the water rides are open.
I'd say raging waters because it's the biggest so they have more water slides to get on and things to do.
