It does get busy, but not so that its uncomfortable. No, its not a buffet style. If the person(s) like Cuban food, I don't think age matters :)
The buffet area does get uncomfortably crowded. I would not recommend it for larger than average persons.
There can be a long wait, best to make reservations ahead of time. They have a brunch buffet Sundays.
