They normally start the music after 9 pm and yes there are quite a few couples on the floor dancing.
At the Irvine Spectrum location, they have a combo on the weekends for brunch. They are waiting to get approval for a band (& dancing?). At the Costa Mesa Lab location, they have a band on the weekends. Dancing starts after they are able to clear the tables.
Not that I know of. They have even two locations now. The other one is in Irvine and I haven't been there. You should call or check Habanas web site
