Beyond disappointed that the staff and owners are COVID deniers, having a different political opinion is one thing but this ridiculous "opinion" is DANGEROUS when you're running a publicly facing business. Also it is just plain insulting if you are a customer who has lost a loved one to COVID, to walk in here to hear that it was all a hoax?! Been going here for years just for sewing supplies but never again.

As a Hawaii resident it can be difficult to find the right company in the mainland US to purchase equipment and have them ship it. A couple companies we talked to made it very difficult to purchase a long arm quilting machine and ship to us. Casey made it happen. This store is very busy and there is good reason for it. He educated me, gave his honest opinion and once I made a decision , he asked a few questions how I was going to pay, where and how I wanted it shipped and it was done. He got back to me when he said he would and the items were delivered on time as promised. If you live in Hawaii or anywhere in the nation, this is the place to try first. Fair pricing and great service!

Took a Dyson dc40 in for a quick fix - fixed in less than 15 minutes - super helpful, efficient and friendly. Will definitely return when future vacuum needs arise.

This store is unbelievable. My sewing shop closed. So we looked up Pals, so glad we did. The customer service is amazing. Every person in the store is helpful and give you all the time to need to choose a machine, no pressure. They repaired an antique machine for me and tuned up my Janome.. great job on both. I live in Arcadia, it is an hours drive from my home, but they are so worth it. You want good quality repair, sewing machines they have an answer to all your question, and top customer service.
