I've seen on their site that the park hours switch depending on "summer" and "winter"...from 8pm to 5pm beginning "late October" can anyone clarify when exactly this is?

Hello, is it paid to enter the park? And if you pay, do you have to book?

The Heritage Park office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and closed on Saturday & Sunday. The park itself can be enjoyed from 8:00 a.m. until sunset all seasons.
