You need to Call Them it depends on what the fish died of If it was your fault cause of water quality or something else then no refund but if the fish was sick to begin with those guys will work with you an in my experience I've never got a sick fish from them every fish I have ever purchased from them I've been healthy
Yes you can but only if it die on the first day you got or the second day you got it.they will not replaced it after the fish is with you for three day or more after you got it.so if it die on the the thred day when it with you or it three days seens you got it they will not refund it.
You have to call in advance and check their return policy. I was able to return a parasite infected fish one day later with the receipt.
