A AAA
I enjoyed myself so much watching my 6 year old grandaughter enjoy herself in the Arcade while the others bowled. Glad all machines worked and the snacks were yummy. Free water was awesome! Thx! The ball machine was great. The little one was able to fish out more than one of the balls. $20 went a long way. 2 hours.

I had a good time celebrating my step daughters birthday and the family... Prices are a little high but overall it was fun... There was an incident where one of the workers asked me for my id when I went back to get a second round of beer.... I had a tab open and was very rude when asking for my id, but the dude (Chinese guy) was real cool and took over helping me...

Pros: Its clean, roomy, drinks are great. Cons: Very expensive, automatic tip is added to the check, we had issues getting some different bowling balls we needed lighter ones as we had a child with us.
Mr Mister
The service was great. The bartender was friendly, and the food was good. Here's the problem I have. Look at the pictures included in the review. They are charging a service charge.... When I received my receipt, there was no breakdown of my charges. I ordered a cheeseburger ($13.50), one well drink ($5.50), and one beer ($4.00) all happy hour specials. Tax in West Covina is $ 9.5 % ($2.19). So the total should've been around $25.19. I received a bill for $29.44. Now, I'm not mad at the bartender, and the food was okay. But if you're a little sloppy after a drink, and you don't pay attention to your bill. You will be paying not only the service charge, but you will be adding and including that service charge to your total tip...... That means instead of a customary 18-20% tip, you may be leaving a 30% tip..... I appreciate the service, and it is hard work to be in the food and drink business as a worker, but I believe most people would like to receive their true bill costs and tip from there true costs. I would rather Bowlero just raise the price on the drinks so I can see them and you can pay your workers better. It's my prerogative, not yours, on the tips which everyone generally as 18-20% for great service or 10-15% for bad service. I could've easily paid more for my well and tap drinks and tipped accordingly, but that didn't happen because of the "Service Charge". To top it off, both the customer and merchant receipts do not have the breakdown of your orders. So you cannot see their "Service Charge." So again, not bad service, and the food is okay, but hidden costs and drinking alcohol should never never mix because you will pay more for no reason as a customer.

No. It is all open play. The league isn't bowling. More room for us all to play!
Yes you would be better off asking for cross lanes tho so you could play as if in a League
Yes, but call to discuss when. There is league bowling every day and at different times. Some days are more difficult to get a pair of lanes, if you haven't book aheadnof time.
Yes. To fit your hand size
Varies, some nights they have unlimited bowling for a certain rate. They charge per game depending on the days you go prices run differently.
Not sure, but they have some lanes available even during league
Yes they do.
Yes there is pool
Probably open late for maintenance & repairs during the day
It depends what day and time you arrive. Usually its between $15-$20 per person including the shoes. I suggest go during the weekdays and after 6p.m. to get some discounts
Most night they do after the league bowlers are done. Call before goubg down there to make sure lanes are available.
All I Did was put up some signs.
Last I recall they are not available for individual purchase
Friday night an Saturday night. Around after 8 or 9
I don't know. If they don't they can order it for you or you can go on line and order it yourself
I have no idea if it will be closing. It gets pretty packed in the weekend.
Yes you can bring your own gear to play, just pay for games regular price for games is about $4 and less than $4 for shoe rental, although they have days where games are $2
At ten just called them
