Just recently moved in and I love my apartment. Very spacious. Very modern and up to date with gym and pool. Great office staff, made my experience simple and sweet. The whole apartment complex is huge. Security guard is awesome, he helped me with the move. Have my own parking spot. Family oriented, they set up reading programs for kids.

Horrible place to live!! way overpriced for infestation of cockroaches no matter how clean you keep your apartment!! ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OF PARKING!! spots are always filled 24/7 with cars that no longer function there is a big white van full of dust apartment has left 3-4 warnings for expired tags and has not been moved in a few months apartment manager does nothing just leaves warnings!! cars with no permission to park! cars that don't even work sometimes a tow truck comes to take them away and the owners go get them and leave them again in the parking lot I have seen this happen. damage and scratches to cars all the time If you are thinking of moving here I'd look somewhere else!

Way over priced... Looks nice in the day but at night junky's/drug addicts come in and brake into cars and apartments to steal personal belongings. No one dose anything even with the security cameras. Security guards never around. Unless its to tow your car... Parking is hell. If you get home by 5pm and after there's no parking in sight. You'll have to park all the way down the street. In the summer night it stinks like skunks, yes skunks and no its nothing pretty. Cops are constantly coming around to look for suspects. The washers at the laundry leave your clothes dirtier then when they go in. I would say extremely last resort to go there "extremely last resort"...

The place is being fully renovated, painted and the staff and ownership are very involved and friendly. Expensive is relative, the place is always full and people are waiting in line to live here. Their other properties are top notch and CV is following same. Ignore the negative stuff, it’s sour grapes, judge for yourself!!
