I’ve lived here for a few months now and love it so far. The building is well maintained and feels safe. Had a clog in our kitchen sink so I put in a request late one night and Raymond came promptly the next day to fix it. He was so nice and took care of it quickly, and I really appreciated that he cleaned up the gunk in the sink after I mentioned how much drains gross me out. Really appreciate the friendly help!

I have been a resident at Allegro apartment almost 2 years, the apartment was so nice with wood floors, the rooms was large, clean, so much comfy and easiest management to deal with. The bathroom and closet was large. Washer and Dryer was new. The outside is well maintained. One of my favorite things here is when anything collapsed, I just let the office know via e-mail and then the handy man named Abraham & Gaby will come to fix everything you need. They work fast with quality, It's so easy for the residents, especially for the female residents who have to stay in apartments like me. Allegro, such a great rental experience.

Hi, I came to this apartment to see if i could get accommodation, That very day i checked out the apartment, filled an application and put down a Holding deposit to secure the room. I was going to move in but an urgent need came up to go to Nigeria where am from to visit a sick family member, Mind you when i first went to them about the apartment, no one told me that my deposit was non refundable or would be after 24 hours, This was my first time renting an apt in California.I told Daniel that i wont be able to move in until i came back from my trip and i didn't mind reapplying. I told them to please cancel my application and refund my deposit of $250 or thereabout but they didn't respond to me. I am originally from Africa , Do you know how hard it is for someone coming from overseas to work in US and be able to pay bills. Please make sure you do not put down any deposit or be sure to ask them before you put down anything. If you can speak on my behalf for them to refund my deposit, ill greatly appreciate this.I am putting down a 1 star because you cant give a zero star.
