I love this store. This store has been a huge part of my life for my whole life and it’s been forever since I’ve been. My grandfather was David Rozens first customer back in the late 50’s. They stayed friends till my grandfather died. Then David sold the store in the 90’s when Davids son and my mom still worked there. The Gabbays are amazing people. I miss them. When my mom died There was a huge crowd waiting for me to arrive at the cemetery and it was all overwhelming. When I got out of the car Moshe darted out from the crowd and he greeted me putting me under his arm. It made things much more tolerable. When I brought the women I was going to ask to marry me she saw a ring she loved but at the moment didn’t have the money but Moshe snuck it in my hand while we were paying for some books. I asked her to marry me with that ring a month later. I had moved out of town and We were running our construction company which was hard due to the crash. We had to close our company and I had not been able to visit for a long time that when I finally got In touch with mrs gabby it really hurt to know Moshe had passed. I felt like a terrible friend for not being at Moshe’s funeral. He held have my mom work and held me up when she died then gave me the ring she wears everyday as a symbol of our love. And he treated everyone like this. His family is like this I know for sure. I’m happy this store is still open and I’m sure things are not easy prior to Covid because the internet has really effected book stores but then Covid hit. Hashem is watching out for this place as it should be. There is nothing like coming in to the house of David and asking the experts the questions only they can answer and Taylor make a Jewish shopping trip. That’s how David and his son did it. That’s how Moshe did it and I know that’s how his family does it. That’s why this place is still here. I need to visit soon when I can.

I came here to buy a few mezuzot and not only were the employees very helpful, but they showed me different ones with different prices. Beautiful items here.

Wonderful choices and the service was incredible! If you have an opportunity to go, they have it all! Books, coverings of all kinds, Judaica for family, individuals, and children, as well as such helpfulness. Also, having a kosher restaurant in the same area, as well as a kosher market and bakery across the street are always fantastic when a person is short on time.
