Honestly a really great place to live. I just signed my 3rd year lease and have seen the place do nothing but improve. The maintenance really does it’s best to keep the place looking nice and prompt repairs and the customer service at the front desk is the best I’ve ever experience. Maribel Sanchez and Cheyenne Smith deserve are so nice and accommodating. The fact the place is affordable and kept up its a easy 5 stars.

I would like to say that Sunset Square apartment is a very nice apartment community to live in. I stayed there for 19 years. The only reason for my move was to be closer to family due to medical problems I'm having. Because the apartments are very large inside I love having all the space and the grounds where always kept up. I would like to say out of the 19 years I have been there and been through different management that Maribel Sanchez was the top I give her a 100% she always on top of things handles people situations always get the job done she should be the main manager for this Property because everyone in this complex really likes her. Maribel Sanchez make us all feel cared about and that's a place someone would want to live at Maribel Sanchez has compassion for people. I will truly miss her. Pamela Barnes

Tenant for over 3 years. Staff has been friendly and helpful with just about any request. Clean grounds, quick response time from maintenance or main office. I don't have pets, but mini dog park within complex is a nice, quick option for folks who want to quickly walk their dog
