I was a resident at Rollingwood Apartments for two and a half years and was pleased with the experience overall. The management is friendly and willing to help with anything you might need, as long as you reach out to them. While the pool and hot tub could probably have been cleaned a bit more often, the amenities here at Rollingwood are superior to most you will find at the price point. The apartment complex is not gated but there is a overnight security guard who patrols the grounds. I never experienced any security issues or felt unsafe during my time here. The only issue we ever really had during our time here was parking. Each apartment typically comes with one reserved spot, but we had two vehicles. Rollingwood is quite strict when it comes to where guests and tenants can park, as well as during what time of the day/week. Pay attention to the rules and do not make the mistake of trying to skate around them as your car WILL be towed. That being said, be courteous to management and your fellow tenants, obey the posted signs and you should be fine. My apartment was spacious for a one-bedroom and I am consistently surprised by how large the balcony was, considering most places I have lived both before and after either did not have a balcony, or offered one that was a fraction of the size. While the rent did increase significantly each year, eventually resulting in our moving out, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to live there again if an opportunity arises. Highly recommend giving Rollingwood Apartments a shot.

Not a good place. Pool rarely gets cleaned, hot tub is dirty most of the time. Parking is terrible. My neighbor upstairs is an inconsiderate jerk that is always playing the piano, very badly. Laundry room is dirty. Consider looking elsewhere. I am moving soon so don't rent my unit, you will regret it.

I have been at Rolingwood apartments going on one year. The apartments are wonderful and the staff members (Art & Danielle) do a heck of a job taking care of the facility. The are easy yo talk to an are always quick to help out the residents. They also have the greatest staff to repair anything that goes wrong in the units. And YES they are quick to fix the problem. I looked high and low when i was searching for a new home. Found nothing as good as a clean location as Rollingwood. ART & DANIELLE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....

I enjoy my time at Rollingwood Apartments. The place has improved in the last 3 years!!!! Large clean property, pool and spa, a tennis court, and patrol at night. And the apartments are pretty large & lower in rent compared to the other apartments down the street. You should give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
