Senior Apartment complex. Very clean and well kept. Not much parking for visitors. Tenants and maintenance men park their cars or extra car in the guest spaces leaving little or no parking for visitors at times. Mailroom and laundry rooms are locked up at 4:00pm during the week and locked during the weekends, so tenants have to walk around to the swimming pool entrance. Rent is high for a one bedroom $973.00.

They have horrible service. The managers are rude, they took 6 months after I moved in to get my on the gate access dial. The tenets are rude as well and the managers are biased, they take one sided stories and write up notices without even asking me what happened. They broke the lease agreement multiple times and I said nothing! I'm moving out as soon as possible.
