Would like to recommend and praise, Miss. Lupe for her outstanding customer service, I had an appointment scheduled and was rescheduled due to the technician was unavailable. Lupe stepped in and went way and beyond the scope of her duties to reschedule me for another appointment within three days. After I went to the second appointment I was told that I needed two different testing and I would need to be reschedule. Miss Lupe immediately saw my frustrations after explaining to the receptionist that I had taken time off work three times already for the mishaps I was experiencing at CentreLake. Lupe again immediately was able to go out of the scope of her duties and accommodate me again. Taking all into consideration Miss Lupe should be recommended for for an outstanding recognition in taking her position to the highest standards she shown to me.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. The blonde receptionist was the absolute worst. My mom had an appointment for 1PM and even had a confirmation the day before. We were told to come in 15 mins earlier to fill out paperwork and did as instructed. Upon entering, we were told the CT machine was "broken" and they would reschedule us. Then, someone else comes in with a 1:30 CT appointment and the other receptionist gave them the paperwork to fill out. We heard it and asked the blonde receptionist about it. She only told us, "It might be fixed by 1" So we said we'd wait and she ended up going to talk to the technician. When she came back, she didn't say a word to us and just handed us the paperwork to fill out. She ended up having to wait 40 mins after her appointment time and they took the 1:30 before us....the ones with an EARLIER appointment time. On top of all of this, we were the only people they didn't check the temperatures for (COVID protocol). We saw them check it for the person who came after us and others, but never once checked ours. It's clear they didn't care about the safety of other patients. SMH.

Horrible service, to be an oncology facility they are terrible as I would never send my own mother there who has had cancer. Just to get someone on the phone they will take over 30 min to answer and then the person that answers the phone gives you some other patients info who you did not even ask for, only to then get hung up on. No sense of customer service at all. My client who I referred there for a personal injury case for imaging could not get this done because they needed some diagnostic code which had already been given to them several times over the phone, only to then turn away the patient. Basically come here if you want to get lost in the paper work and never get through on the phone. Their customer service personnel have no idea what they are doing.

Hopefully you dont need a life saving procedure done by Centrelake because you will have died long before these guys have gotten their act together. Its not the fact that they same day cancelled an appointment on us when we arrived at their facility (which would have cost us $250 if we had done that to them) or the fact that their machine is still broken a month and a half later which pisses me off. Neither is it a problem that they cancelled a different important diagnostic that is now holding up treatment from the doctors. The problem with these people is that in order to get another appointment you are required to wait weeks or months to get a second chance at something they screwed up on when we should be rescheduled for the next day the test is available. Its going to be a two month reschedule in a city an hour and a half away for the first procedure and it took two weeks almost for the other procedure. WHAT A JOKE! My grandfather has been forced to endure more pain for a longer amount of time because of these damn idiots because they are incompetent. If your doctor orders tests from Centrelake I HIGHLY recommend you ask him/her for a different referral.

I've been there twice. Both times my total wait time was 30 minutes tops. Being you are going in later should be to your benefit. I'd arrive 15 minutes early.
