Overall, not bad. Though, recently, someone brought a weapon into the location, stabbed a person almost to death, then that person tried to flee. Thankfully, the person stabbed was rescued, the stabber caught @ 3804 S Broadway Some staff (at the podium, check in at the gate) do not fully check people, nor do some staff (at the podium, check in at the gate) follow the rules. Examples: some of the staff allowing marijuana in the facility to be smoked in the patio area, smoking in the non-smoking area, and music being played without headphones/earphones, despite contract strictly regulating such against those things. Sometimes the staff members sleep on duty at the check in gate/inside at the podium, use earphones at the podium and not ensuring protocol is followed, ignoring common-sense complaints, televisions being too loud (past 100 decibels), not checking cameras for proof, etc... Some of the staff are very corrupt, though most are not. The ones that are corrupt are on the buildings cameras, yet some of them threaten via intimidation tactics, allow threats by residents to threaten bodily harm towards peaceful residents, and so forth. It is strongly recommended such be investigated by federal authorities, as sometimes people threaten, fight, etc... yet some staff ignore such legitimate situations, thus proving to be an indirect accessory to the situations, instead of being the solutions, doing their jobs. Some former residents have said some staff have gang affiliations within the facility.
