I came in today for a battery replacement. I was greeted by the manager upon entering and was serviced quickly by Erick at the register. Erick was able to come check my battery with a battery tester and showed me that the screen indicated that it was bad. He also looked up what kind of battery I needed and showed me the different price point options and explained the difference. Another team member, Eddie, was able to install my new battery within minutes in the hot summer sun! He carefully placed it inside the insulation sleeve and placed all the hardware on without any problems. I am grateful knowing that I have a battery that I can rely on. Thank you guys for making this an easy and pleasant experience! Highly recommended this location!

Shout out to the store manager (Mr. Ross) and his team for making my experience smooth and pleasurable. Great costume service, my car broke down and I needed to replace the radiator, I call Autozone to inquired about a radiator for my Acura tsx 2008 and the manager Ross answered all my question and concerns. I ordered the radiator to pick up in store, staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Great customer service experience.
