This morning I decided to chance my car motor oil.Customers service were fine at the sales point and Quickly returned to finish my work. After I drain the used oil and try to install the New filter I noticed the filter was USED BEFORE has no plastic cover on top and the botom was with oil residual. T After noticed I walked back to the store 1.3 miles to surprised me that the employee doesn't care and offer a different with a difference of $4 to pay,...and THEY DON'T HAVE ANY.So he called another store and they have it but the other store employee e Was alo e and have to wait 1 hour to be served so the employee gave me the money back and said bye...1 STAR IS NOT ENOUGH TO SHOW MY WASTED OF TIME AND EFFORT YO SOLVE THE FILTER SITUATION.

Autozone has really jerked me around the last couple of days. After going to one autozone where they mis-measured by radiator and had me driving around to buy it from another Autozone. My mechanic sends me back to yet another autozone (this one on Broadway) with the right measurements and they sell me the right size. Great, I think, going to three autozones is still water under the bridge at this point. Then I find out that the $250 radiator the Broadway Autozone sells me is not actually knew. It’s used and full of rust. Probably someone returned it to them and the salesman didn’t check it. My mechanic had actually started installing it thinking that I meant to buy a used one… I stop him once he tells me that it’s not going to last long. And he shows me where it’s corroded (which is taken pictures but I got the receipts!). I get a ride back so I can return yet another radiator. There’s no apology, no discount, nothing. I lost a gallon of coolant and have to pay my mechanic extra. Autozone had me driving all over town and basically scammed me. Never going back.

I received superior customer service from Jerry Avila, he is very professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He assisted me and my husband to find everything we needed for our car. He's helped us out in other occasions and it's always a pleasure to be helped by him. I would love for the company to let him know he is doing an excellent job representing AutoZone, I hope to see him as a supervisor one day.

Depends on the quality of battery you want to buy for your car. If you just want to keep your car on the road or dont care about it much, you can find a used battery at a battery rebuild shop for about $40. if your gonna keep your car for a while, the cheap or mid level battery from auto zone will do. Your looking at about $80 to $140 depending on the battery you get. If you want the best battery with the longest life, $200 or more for the gel batteries. Thats from my personal experience shopping between auto zone and the used battery shops for all my cars ranging from the cars i beat up and drive hard, to the family wagon that i always get the best parts for and do all the maintenance on time.
