I was having a problem with my Jeep Renegade, stopped by this AutoZone, and was very impressed with the customer service I received. I don't usually post reviews, unless I have a really good, or really bad, experience. These guys took the time to help me out, fixed my problem, and have me advice on what to do, in the future. Because of my experience, I will go back, whenever I have a car problem. I'm very lucky to have this store, and these service reps, in my neighborhood. Top of the line customer service.

This store is by far the worst AZ, one day is two separate lines, the next is one, today was three different lines. I was told to go basically to all three because the previous lines could not get an item that was behind the counter. No clear direction, no posted signs, no deliniators. The guy finally told me that it was OK for me to behind the counter myself. I am done with this store.
