Sadly on July 6,2022 I came here because my uncle was dying & Leslie A who worked in the e.r that day has a heart of GOLD! She was so caring and honestly I would never forget it thank you for being with us on our difficult time & never leaving our side. May God bless you & always always keep you safe! When it was time to pull the machine plug Leslie A & Alexander prayed with us &, was so caring. Honestly thank you from the Rocha family it's something we would never forget....

This hospital is terrible. The SICU nurse charge nurse was really rude. My mom at her last hour there with comfortable treated. They didn’t even allow 4 visitors to see my mom for her last breath. We have a big family. They Only allow 2 persons per times during that times there is not even that many patients there. I was begging them still said no. They even got attitude with me. I will not recommend any one who send those love one to this hospital

The experience at this hospital is absolutely disgusting. I came here for my wife because of severe cramping and an infection while pregnant. But little did I know that my wife had to wait 4 - 6 hours. Some of the staff is nice but others such as a nurse seemed so rude and my wife was telling her off that she was waiting here for hours with no medication to help during the wait but the nurse said if it is really an emergency woudnt you wait for it. Also besides my wife. We had to wait in a hallway where the staff would ask their patients questions that shouldn't be asked in public with other patients around. The place is severely crowded, so small and suffocating. On the other hand there were patients in need who seemed even worse than my wife, in severe and agonizing pain, but weren't seen as soon as possible, it annoyed the heck out of me when an old woman was vomiting and crying in pain but wasn't seen even though it's an emergency room! But another patient was seen even though they weren't in as much pain!. The service is inexcusable and shouldn't be tolerated. My wife was also given the wrong prescription for her infection, Please if you are in an emergency please for the love of christ do not go to this hospital for emergency care. Instead I went to LAC+USC medical center where I had everything that was done in less than 1 hour, which was amazing!

This is one of the best hospitals I have ever been admitted into due to an emergency I had 10 years ago and a recent one just last week. I suffered a couple facial fractures, a brain hemorhage and a busted open eye due to a skating accident and everyone from the doctors to the radiologist, to the nurses and caretakers treated with me with care and concern and in a very friendly manner. I was particularly happy with a 35 year old Asian nurses aid named Kate. She was kind, friendly, funny...the best. This Hospital deserves no less than a 5 start rating both times I''ve been admitted.

The only suggestion I can assist with; try going to Google microphone click and ask google, what did the birth certificates look like in the 1960's. This should help. I hope Stacy with my prayers this helps. Please let me know, if you feel like. Sincerely Cynthia

I think they should have a specific section for it on their website. I think it depends on where exactly in the hospital you would like to volunteer, they should have different selections for that. You should be able to find them if you search for it in the search bar of their website or it might pop up on the home screen . I think but im not to sure, best of luck to you.
Call city hall of los angeles and they will tell u what u need to send
The only way you can schedule a appointment there is if your primary doctor makes it for you
Yes
They health screen EVERYONE prior to procedure, and wait for negative results until moving forward on a procedure. There's no visitors allowed, except one family member, accompanying for procedure, recovery, only if negative for virus.

All Insurance is approved. No Insurance also.
No I really do not think so. Call them. Google for the phone number. Please.
I know if you go to records and ask for copies of files that can help
They will bill you. Emergency can be about 2,000
Go in the front entrance and register with insurance cards and personal information. You will then be guided through the hospital.
Is right, ask your physician I know they can do that.
Yes
By law they must accept all insurance. The correct question is are you CONTRACTED WITH blue shield or health net and you should really contact your health insurance for that answer

They contract out for volunteers and are called CCEs. You can call and ask about the (CCE) Clinical Care Extenders program where they can refer you on how to get started. Good luck! Volunteers are always welcome and valued!
