Vince's used to be in Torrance too. Fantastic sauce but used American cheese on sandwiches and other items. Do the owners in Temecula do the same?

It depends. Ive gone twice, both times I got the meatball sub sandwich. One time it was provolone. The other it was American. I called and asked why? The lady said that it depends on whats on hand. Wont be going back though. Too expensive for the product. Especially one that changes on a whim and them not letting you know.
