As we are approaching our one year of living here at Temecula Ridge, i can honestly say i love it here. The office staff is very nice and happy to answer any questions. Marissa was the one to helps us with paper work when we first moved. Almost a year later she is still happy to answer any questions we may have. Our neighbors and community is very sweet and kind. The dog park is always kept very clean. The location is very great and easy access to a lot of shopping centers. I really recommend this complex. I look forward to hopefully many years at these apartments. (:

Hi, we moved from Northern California to Temecula Ridge. Karin in the office was so great to work with. We never saw our apartments before moving down here. She was always available to talk and answer any questions. When we finally got down here everything is just as she said. It's a beautiful property and we love our newly remodeled townhouse! The rooms are very large, and the place was in great condition. Thanks so much for the easy transition! TJ

Lived at Temecula Ridge Apartments for 18 months; be aware that they will cheat you on getting your security deposit back. When my family moved in I emailed the sales office that the carpet was severely stained and dirty. They are still charging me at move out for dirty carpet and said it was their protocol. When I put in the notice of termination, I requested samples of paint so I can patch and paint any nail holes, the office stated that I needed to provide my own containers for the samples, which I did. A week later I was given the paint containers and the containers were marked which rooms they were for. We used their paint they provided and they are charging me for the sheen of the paint not matching. When I said I received the paint from your staff, that is what was provided to us, they responded "we are charging you for the wrong sheen being used" and doesn't care it came from their staff. There are plenty of apartment complexes in the area, stay away from Temecula Ridge Apartments, truly isn't worth the cost of the apartment and staff being unethical.

Our garage got broken into twice and management did not care. They were so nonchalant about it. Never once apologized or tried to reassure us the community was safe. Other then that living here was wonderful. Just don't put anything in your garage if you want to keep it.
