Sycamore Terrace felt like one of Temecula’s best kept secret apartment communities. My family and I lived there for 8 years. We moved because we needed more space for our kids. If sycamore terrace had 3 bedroom apartments we probably would’ve lived there forever. We loved- LOVED the maintenance staff. Ramon, James, and Mario are fantastic! They are all so knowledgeable and get to maintenance issues quickly! It felt like a real community, we loved our neighbors. We loved the safety of having a nightly patrol and the mailboxes being locked up during night time hours. The office staff were always so helpful and hosted events almost monthly for the tenants and kids in the community. Selina and the other staff were always on top of issues and made sure resolutions were made in a timely manner. It’s the most affordable for the area, we were always complimented on how nice the area and apartments were. The 2bedroom apartments had its own washer and dryer which saved us from having to use a laundromat. I really, really loved living there. When we broke our lease to move out, they made it so easy and didn’t make us pay extra even though we were moving out 3 months before our lease ended- they just pro-rated our rent for the month. It was a smooth process. They have smoking and non-smoking buildings which is nice. They do have guidelines for the community, however, they’re reasonable for apartment living. If we are ever looking to move into another apartment community Sycamore Terrace is going to be at the top of our list!

Currently still live here and probably will for a while because for the price? You can’t beat it. Office staff friendliness is a hit or miss. As for the actual complex, if you have small kids, this is not the complex for you! If you have to be in the bottom floor because of a baby etc, the floors are so terrible. Our children wake up every night at 2:30 (when the neighbor leaves for work, and he is usually their nap alarm everyday. (When he comes home.) the floors are so so bad, and it sounds like loud pops whenever he is walking around! Not his fault obviously, but for that reason, it would be hard to recommend living here if you do have children.

Lived here for 10+ years. Great quiet neighborhood. Each apartment has its own laundry which makes it convenient. It has two Pool areas with a Jacuzzi in each area. If one area is crowded try the other The Leasing Staff are friendly and try their best to solve any problems that may arise. The maintenance staff are well trained and get things repaired in a very timely fashion. The groundskeeper works very hard at keeping the grounds clean. I would not hesitate in recommending Sycamore Terrace to friends and family

My husband I love this place. Our first apt together and we love everything about this place. It really feel just like home. Spacious rooms and I personally love the windows in the living room and kitchen window. The new remodel makes it even extra!!😍 . It's hard to find a great place that offers everything. Parking is awesome you can't beat how much accessible parkings are and we love our washer and dryer in the unit makes life so much better. It's a family friend neighborhood and it's safe... It's quiet and and quaint and always well kept clean & manicured!! The managements are 100 percent awesome. Selena and her staff are amazing she really knows her stuff and helps the residents out a lot with professionalism and courteous. I love my apt.and Its hard to find another place like this in any where. As far as price square footage did I mentioned parking and space inside. They deserve more than a 5 star and that's because I lived here for 6 happy years and grateful for this place. So much more they offer. You have to check them out.
