I have lived here for 7 years and the staff is the best. Leslie and Maggie are always quick when assistance is needed. They're very attentive and openly communicate when there is anything going on. Felix and Ralph are the best as well. Whenever there are maintenance needs they are extremely polite and always resolve whatever the issue is. I would highly recommend renting from this amazing staff! The facilities are nice and the view is amazing. Having an in-unit washer/ dryer and a screened-in patio is very convenient as well.

A great place to live! Close to the freeway and very well-maintained. The staff, Leslie, Maggie, Felix and Ralph are the best! Anytime I need something they are very quick to respond. They're older buildings but they keep them up very well. I had an older refrigerator that was giving me problems and it was replaced the same day I reported the problems to the office. A great mix of people with quiet surroundings. 5 star living.

We were at Vintage View yesterday (not once but twice) because we could not see ourselves living anywhere else. Maggie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were at home. We wanted to acknowledge Maggie and express our gratitude for her patience and answering all of our questions. She left a great first impression about how the property is managed and was more welcoming than the four other complexes we visited. We hope to be able to move in here and start our lives together in our first home at Vintage View!

Prior to applying here we tried the apartments right next to these… the office managers were total opposites. Here at vintage view we actually received our credit report, answers in a timely manner, email response. Which we wouldn’t get at apartments nearby. Vintage view is a quiet community in a perfect location near old town and plenty of shopping centers. Maggie and Leslie did their best in getting us moved in as soon as they were able to. We’ve yet to meet one of our neighbors but so far the two I’ve met are friendly. I especially love the fact that you get two assigned parking spots and washer and dryer in the unit. Guest parking is the only downside as many tenants I’ve noticed like to save spots and switch their cars to make sure they have an extra spot but luckily we’re close to the street if we needed an extra spot for a guest. I’m excited to see the pool as it just opened. I like the area these apartments are located, it’s seems hidden and shaded which is great for hot summer days. We had a loose screw in a cabinet door and it was fixed within 12 hours. It would have been sooner but I asked if maintenance could come the following day. I saw a bad review about the trash being over filled but i haven’t had that issue yet. If it’s full it’s emptied the following day. As for the bad reviews about the employees, one thing I remind myself is everyone has bad days. Maybe whoever wrote those reviews happened to catch the office employees on a bad day. I have nothing negative to say about the apartments themselves or the employees as they’ve been extremely helpful in all the questions I’ve asked (which have been A LOT). Thank you again Leslie and Maggie for working with my family and I and continuing to help us.
