Went in for a bra sizing, I was approached by a young blonde associate who made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Such wonderful help and suggestions! I will definitely return because of her. :D

Went in there today with my husband around 3:00 pm Christmas Eve and the dark haired lady standing at the front was extremely rude to us. Right when we walk in she stares us down giving us a dirty look like we don’t belong in there or something, and doesn’t even say hi or welcome just stares, but makes a face like why are you in here? So I said Hi to her to try and make it less awkward, and she very reluctantly and quietly said hi back. So i know we were being judged because as we were walking out these two teenage boys were walking into the store and she excitedly welcomed them and asked them, and I quote.. “ Hi boys, Welcome..Can I help you find something?” I don’t know maybe I’m sensitive, but that just kinda made me feel bad, and I don’t think you should pick and choose who you’re going to be friendly and welcoming to. I used to be in retail too, so I know how hard it is around Christmas time, but she was legit just standing there and we were just being regular customers who wanted a simple welcome like everyone else.

The usual. Mask-up and spaced waiting in line. The customers were actually pretty close to one another as they looked for their size & type of lingerie but you can step back obviously if you're uncomfortable. They were though still conducting bra sizing by an employee who obviously isn't 6 ft from you. But you'll be measured in the middle of the store, not in the dressing rooms like normal. Could be embarrassing for some. I was happy to be shopping again.
Currently dressing rooms are closed but associates will show you how to measure and read your bra size in store! They also asked me what exactly I was looking for and directed me towards one of displays to select my color and style!
I'm sorry I don't know the answer. Most likely if you contact the store they can answer that for you, but as someone that has worked in a corporate company/ customer service ask for a "regional manager" instead. Your voice will be heard, if its praise or complaint ...I promise you will be heard.
