There are NO regularly scheduled tours. Sometimes certain groups will have tours that benefit USC School of Architecture and will have a benefit tour. If you're in the area, you can drive by and peer in the widows and see the outside but that's about it. There's also NO parking on the street.

I don't believe there are tours of the interior available at this time.
