Didn't get can out early can we still get it picked up?

Thank you for the inquiry, Karen. Please contact us immediately if you did not get your cart out in time for collection. If there is a driver still in the area, we can usually send someone back by to empty your cart. If we do not have a driver in the area, we can take extra trash for you the following week for no charge. The extra trash needs to sit next to the cart in bags or residential cans, equivalent to the size of your cart. If we have to send a driver back on a day that is not your normal collection day, there may be charges applied. Please remember to have carts out by 6:30am, that is when the drivers start their routes.

You have to call and let them know first (if they don't approve it ahead of time, they will automatically charge a fee), and then usually they will let you put up to 3 standard kitchen size bags or 1 full 30gal black trash bag stacked up next to your can on the following week scheduled pick-up.
