We accept extra trash on collection day in bags or residential cans (Rubbermaid or aluminum) for an extra fee. If you have service in your name, we can charge your account. If you are a tenant, you will need to contact us to pay in advance. The charge for an extra 33gal hefty bag - or equivalent - is $4.99 in the city, or $5.33 in the county. Please place the extra bags or cans to the side of your cart; do not over-fill your cart. If you wish to take the extra trash to the transfer station, we charge $12.90 per cubic yard, with a minimum charge of $19.50.
Lindsay, James is right. Cheaper to take yourself. If you don't have time. Then pay the fee for the excess garbage.
