Dear dear Alyssa, a tattoo is a life time artwork, a memento, a special rememberence on your body. Why not walk in, ask questions, meet the tattoo artists?
You can try calling them but it can be hard to give an estimate with out seeing the exact detail of the tattoo
I would encourage walking in with some artwork concepts and that'll give you the best guesstimate
