I purchased what I thought was a one ounce gold bullion from a reputable auction site and when I took it to Eugene Coin & Jewelry it was quickly evident that the bullion was a fake. David offered to write a letter attesting to this fact and allowed me to video record him testing the piece with his gold testing equipment. Due to David’s efforts, I was able to secure a full refund. Highly recommend this shop and their great team.

I shop here often and buy a lot of currency and I deal mostly with Paul and he is great. The problem with this place is the owner is about as rude as they come. I’m a very nice person and I’ve been in there probably 40 times and never once has he been nice to me. I think it’s time for him to just retire since he’s such a miserable person.
With What You Got
Great spot, I feel like this place is the only place I will trust to buy gold and silver bars. I stopped in recently and asked what they had and if they will have a few specific pieces in the future. They’re open to sharing their knowledge and are very clear as to what they have and what price they’ll be selling and buying for. I once went in to have them look at a silver looking spoon that I had found, it turned out to be just a cheap silver plated spoon and they very politely told me it wasn’t worth much and didn’t want to buy it. Very professional in my opinion. Will be returning as often as I can.

I am still trying to find the words to describe my experience there. I've received better customer service at a mugging. First of all the guys ego was so big i cant believe his head fit threw the front door. Second i was offered $150 for a pendent appraised at $3800(I had it appraised before just wanted to see what they had to say)even though I wasn't looking to sale just see what they valued it at. Third, I had a roll of old pennies and was looking to get some insight but apparently I was not worth his time because he looked at the first two and told me to just spend them. There was at least two double die reverse pennies in the roll. I would avoid this place if I were you.... lesson learned for me!

What's the weight?
If they do, please do not trust them. I personally watched the owner (Dave) have an elderly couple come in with OVER 200 Morgan Silver dollars and they walked out with a little over $500.00. Even at cull, for 200 Morgans should have been over $2000.00 just in silver weight. I can only imagine the rare ones and the Carson City mint ones that they got ripped off for. When someone can steal like that from the elderly and sleep at night is beyond me. Karma is a b
Yes they do
I suspect ECJ will be open Friday but not positive
Cuzz, why is flower gold
I don't know for sure but I think free they've never charge me nothing for nothing you know
They do. I have seen rare and ancient coins there.
about $925 per troy oz., minus assaying and reclaiming fees - if you sell to a pawn broker, they'll give you a bit less, so they can make a profit. In general, if you aren't in the trade ( a broker or jeweler, e.g.) you likely don't have access to sell scrap directly to the reclaiming businesses.
No, gold jewelry and coins. No pawn.
