The employees have always been super nice to me. Especially one specific lady, I wish I could remember her name but I think she might be a manager/supervisor. She's always extra nice and will happily answer any questions. I go in there to buy squishmallows and they usually have some!

Claires is a really fun store my grand daughter loved it there...they got all kinds of cool stuff there..great prices and lots of deals for kids from 0-100 years old!!

We were a walkin to see if my daughter could get her ears pierced on her birthday as the place we had an appointment with was unavailable. The manager was extremely nice , educated, and helpful. She was able to pierce my daughter right away . She first explained to her what she was going to do . Then she educated her on how she would need to take care of her newly pierced ears. She was very patient with us as we were quite indecisive in picking out the new earrings. She sanitized her hands and put on gloves , the sanitized my daughters ears . It was a great experience from start to finish ! So glad we ended up here !
