In addition what's mentioned in the other comment, some tables are blocked off for social distancing, tables as seats are cleaned thoroughly between customers. Also, all condiments are single-serve and by request only to minimize risks.
They are following the Moscow City emergency mandates at Breakfast Club. You are required to wear a mask prior to entering the facility, and to keep it on until you are seated at your table. Any time you leave your seat, you must put it back on. All employees are wearing masks. I can't speak to any additional cleaning or sanitizing efforts, but the Breakfast Club is always a very neat, clean place so I'm confident that they are doing a good job of it.
