I have 4 small dogs 3 @ 10 lbs 1@20 lbs. can’t give them away part of family. What to do?

Recent dog park underwhelmed residents. We have an indoor cat that likes to watch outside lizzards birds and an occasional rabbit. We can also find people to cat watch when go on vacation.
