Groundbreaking of our new residence is now officially as of July 1, 2021. All the staff we have encountered have been so helpful, personable, patient and most importantly kind. By far the best quality and value in the East Bay Area. Everything you see is included to include a solar system. The amenities are incredible and I’m looking forward to concerts in the park.
