I realize this is a 55+ community; we are not there yet, but looking to plan for our future. Wondering, is it possible to purchase the land, have the home built, but not move in until the required age? What are the rules about age and purchasing?

there are likely less than twenty sites out of about 3000 still available so this option disappears soon. there are many resales within so that is a different idea but I have also heard of another senior community coming in a short distance away thanks to the success of this one

I was told that you can... But someone that leases from you has to be 55+..
