I have a 2002 Honda CR-V , haven't received my tax bill , someone told me if the car was over 15 yrs old I am done paying taxes. Is this true

Car tax is being phased out. The current minimum exemption is $500. If value is less than that, you won’t get a bill.

no way!! you have to pay excise tax every year. on every car that u have registered.
