I had an excellent experience here. Honest and upfront with pricing (which was extremely competitive) and much more knowledgeable about the car I was interested in than others I spoke with elsewhere. Vinny was extremely professional and easy to work with, and I was impressed by the finance department's ability to find me the lowest financing interest rate possible. I had never ordered a car before but they made the process easy and the car actually arrived ahead of schedule, so that was a nice bonus. I was recommended here by a friend and will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

If I had written this review right after purchasing the car, they would have been given 5 stars, but after the events of last week, they get 1 star. I purchased a new car and was given temporary tags and told it can take up to 20 days for the paperwork to be processed. This is my only car so as we got closer to the deadline (4/15) I was a little nervous that I hadn't heard anything so I reached out to my salesperson Tuesday morning for an update. When I still hadn't heard anything in the afternoon I called and found out he was off that day. Cool, no big deal, he'll get back to me the next day when he is in the office. I wait until the afternoon and still haven't heard anything so I call and leave another message. Now it is the day before the temporary tags expire, I still haven't heard anything and I'm getting really anxious. I call and leave a message in the morning and again in the afternoon. At this point, my husband gets involved and after reaching out repeatedly (phone & email) we were first told that they needed residency paperwork from us (first time we heard they needed it because it had been sent in 2 weeks before) and then finally that the plates would be available the following day. The plates were available Friday but it still required follow up on our part instead of proactive communication from Anchor. When I walked out of the dealership I was super satisfied with my purchase and the level of service I'd received. I felt like the dealership really had my back if I had any questions or concerns about my new car, but now I know that isn't true and it is really disappointing. During all of these interactions, Anchor Subaru never proactively provided an update or even called to say they needed paperwork from us. This really soured what had been a really great experience for me.

The best customer service. Friendly, patient and informative. Makes the process smooth. Just bought my 3rd Subaru. Have used other dealerships, closer to home, but no more. They are worth the drive and I will be a repeat Anchor customer. No hesitation.

I Had a great experience buying from Anchor! First time Subaru buyer, and they made it quick and easy. They offered Fair pricing due to the current inventory situation and Kelley was a pleasure to work with. It was a far better experience than working with other dealers in the area!

Dealership is extremely shady, avoid at all costs. If you have already purchased, be extremely careful dealing with them...
